1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only offered for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Proof of damage or error (e.g., photos, batch numbers) must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, or unsold inventory.
Perishable items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or spoiled upon arrival.
